This format is for unlimited matches. We will warm up together and finish together.

Please bring a water bottle and wear white uniform pants with your ITSO t-shirt! Please no team t-shirts or jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS

Grassroots Level: 12:00 - 2:00pm

World Class Black Belt Level: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
