Please bring a water bottle and wear full uniform for Poomsae!
Color Belts: noon-2:30pm

Black Belt Level: 3pm-5:30pm

There is a $20/Training session fee for ITSO Members with the $70 "Added Training Package"

There is a $40/Training session fee for ITSO Members with the $25 Basic Membership!

Unaffiliated Athletes pay $65/session
