ITSO Board of Directors, will conduct the THIRD SPARRING training of 2022

This format is for unlimited matches. We will warm up, train together, and finish together.

Please bring a water bottle and wear white uniform pants with your ITSO t-shirt! Please no team t-shirts or jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS

T-Shirts will be available for purchase for those that do not have one

**NEW T-SHIRTS WILL BE PASSED OUT TO ALL ITSO MEMBERS**

All Athletes: 2:00 - 4:00pm

Free - ITSO Members with training package

$20 - ITSO Members without training package
