ITSO Board of Directors, will conduct the FIRST SPARRING training of 2022

This format is for unlimited matches. We will warm up, train together, and finish together.

Please bring a water bottle and wear white uniform pants with your ITSO t-shirt! Please no team t-shirts or jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS

T-Shirts will be available for purchase for those that do not have one

Grassroots Level: 12:00 - 2:00pm

World Class Level: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
