Sparring Training (3rd of 5)
ITSO has received some feedback requesting a training before Nationals. We are cognizant of the timing knowing that coaches have their own training schedules leading up to Nationals to peak their athletes in time to perform well in Virginia. Understandably, it may not work out for all athletes but wanted to offer it for those that are interested and available. Please consult your personal coach regarding this training.
ITSO Headquarters: ABBC TKD 704 Oak Creek Drive in Lombard
Please bring a water bottle and wear white uniform pants with your ITSO t-shirt! Please no team t-shirts or jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS
Grassroots Level: 9am-11:30am
World Class Black Belt Level: noon-3pm
At each training, ITSO invites different coaches to facilitate the session. June 11th will be conducted by Master Javier Elizalde of Champion-Blue Island.
This training is INCLUDED at no charge to ITSO Members with the $70 "Added Training Package"
There is a $20/Training session fee at the door for ITSO Members with the $25 Basic Membership!
