Central Region Poomsae Coach, Master Ray Kyi, and ITSO Board of Directors, will conduct the FIRST poomsae training of 2022

In order to minimize overall contact and save space for athletes, only coaches and athletes will be allowed in the building.

Please bring a water bottle and wear your FULL uniform! Please no team t-shirts or school jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS

Grassroots Level: 12:00 - 2:00pm

World Class Level: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
