• Explanation of common deductions and effective scoring factors

3:30-6pm Black Belt Poomsae Training: FULL UNIFORMS

• Advanced Poomsae competition training and strategies
• Training methods to help achieve power, higher kicks, balance, and more
• Training drills to help address common accuracy deductions
• Comprehensive drills to help improve presentation
