ITSO Board of Directors, will conduct the FIRST SPARRING training of 2023

This format is for unlimited matches. We will warm up, train together, and finish together.

Please bring a water bottle and wear white uniform pants with your ITSO t-shirt! Please no team t-shirts or jackets; ONE TEAM = ILLINOIS

ITSO T-Shirts will be available for purchase for those that do not have one

**NEW T-SHIRTS WILL BE PASSED OUT TO ALL 2023 ITSO MEMBERS**

All Athletes: 2:30 - 4:30pm
